Scope and Quality & Environmental Policy

The Quality and Environmental Management System applies to the “Design, production, and commercialization of charcoal and by-products from the process, derived from eucalyptus wood through slow pyrolysis.”

In line with these principles and within the scope of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems, BGW, S.A.’s Management undertakes to:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and requirements related to its activities, as well as any other requirements to which the company voluntarily subscribes;

• Commit to environmental protection and continuous improvement through the circularity of its processes;

• Regularly update the Management System with the aim of continuously improving it and adapting this Policy to new circumstances;

• Provide appropriate training to employees and encourage them to develop competencies in the areas of Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety;

• Foster a culture of innovation by creating an environment that promotes creativity, critical thinking, and opportunity analysis;

• Engage not only all BGW, S.A. employees, but also suppliers and service providers involved in the company’s activities and initiatives, in accordance with the principles and commitments stated above.
